1. Goods will be dispatched free of charge if over £50 in total is spent on products. If less than £50 is spent we will automatically bill you for the £9.50 delivery charge. Goods will only be dispatched to adresses within England, Wales and Scotland.

2. Goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of recipt of order. All goods will be packaged and packed appropriatly to arrive in good condition. We are unable to refund customers for product spoilt due to late delivery or spoilage of packaging in transport.

3. We reserve the right to swap products ordered for a similar alternative where the product is unavailable at the time of departure. We will however make every effort to contact you before dispatch to discuss any alterations to an order with you.

4. Where a product has not been priced correctly on the site, we reserve the right not to dispatch those products. We will however make every effort to contact you prior to this.
